Visit a Dental Practice That Understands Anxiety in Uxbridge, Middlesex

Dental anxiety support is an absolutely critical component of the NHS and private dental treatments our surgery expertly provides. Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex, Ashcroft Dental Surgery takes pride in offering a friendly, relaxed, and caring environment which promotes dental health while soothing the concerns of uncertain patients.

Giving You Reassurance

Many people are affected by a deep-seated anxiety when it comes to dentistry. That's why we take a patient's individual needs into consideration when planning their course of treatment. Placing a great deal of emphasis on clear communication, we encourage patients to provide feedback as we evolve our services. The goal is to foster the optimum environment for anxious patients, putting clients at ease as we deliver an exceptional standard of dental care.

Caring for Everyone

At Ashcroft Dental Surgery, our ethos is the "prevention of dental disease". As a result, we welcome all patients in order to maintain their oral wellbeing. This includes dental care for children, no matter how young they are. What's more, we provide treatments for both NHS and private patients. When new patients join our practice, we will offer both NHS and private treatment options. These are discussed at length with our patients, allowing them to make an informed decision for themselves.

Emergency Treatment

Patients experiencing a dental emergency are typically seen on the same day they get in touch. Outside of standard surgery hours, an emergency telephone line is available with an answering machine to record messages.

Fully Accessible

The Ashcroft Dental Surgery is situated on the ground floor, meaning we are entirely wheelchair accessible. A designated disabled parking area is also located adjacent to the surgery for your convenience and support.

Keeping Us Updated

In order to provide extraordinary levels of care, we require that patients keep us informed about any changes to their medical history. New patients are asked to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. As part of this, we will require the name of any medication you are currently taking, as well as any treatment you may be receiving at the hospital. Patients returning to the surgery for routine check-ups are asked to update their medical history as necessary. Additionally, we must be informed about any changes to your address or telephone number. The strict confidentiality of patient records and information is maintained at all times. The records of our patients are not passed on to any third parties without their express and explicit permission.

Help Us to Help You

In order to fulfil the ethos of our surgery and effectively prevent the deterioration of dental health, we ask that patients attend regularly for routine dental check-ups. As a courtesy to our clients, we provide a reminder by telephone when your next check-up is due.
